THE CASSIANO RESTAURANT IS THE NEWEST GASTRONOMIC REFERENCE IN SÃO JOSÉ DOS CAMPOS
With the consultancy of the Antiquárius’s former maître, Manoel Pires – aka Manoelzinho, who worked for more than 30 years at the Leblon unit in Rio de Janeiro, the Cassiano promises all the luxury and divine flavors of Portuguese dishes.
The name of the restaurant is a homage to one of the most famous sons of São José dos Campos. Journalist, poet and essayist Cassiano Ricardo made history on the national scene and was part of the Brazilian Academy of Literature. Remembered for his works and acting in different political and cultural movements, Cassiano Ricardo now inspires this new alchemy of flavors in his hometown!
The Golden Tulip and Cassiano’s exclusive kitchen design is authored by renowned architect Armando Pucci. Here, details make all the difference and can be seen in elegant porcelain, by the Portuguese designer Vista Alegre, to the latest generation equipment, imported from Italy.
